Justify what situations or applications programmers will rather use Assembly Languages than Higher Level Progamming Languages and vice versa.Answer:For me,the assembly language will rather use the programmers because the processor of it has a much faster,the compilers are much smarter at generating code and the programmers can write much larger programs.
